Italian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast35 grams of Rucola2 ripe Tomatoes62.5 grams of real Mozzarella Cheese 1 tbsp Lemon infused Olive Oil2 tbsp fresh BasilOregano Salt Black Pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken in thin slices and fry it in a pan with some salt, pepper and oregano. You can use some cooking spray for this, although I fry it without any fat at all. Slice the tomatoes and the Mozzarella. Mix chicken, Rucola, tomatoes, Mozzarella and basil in a big bowl. Season with olive oil and some additional pepper.
