*Raw Yellow Squash, 1 cup *broccoli frozen 1 cup, 1 cup *Water, Filtered, 32 oz *Beef broth, 1 cup *Celery (raw) (1 c), .25 cup Margaret Holmes tomatoes, okra, corn, 2 cup *Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 minute, 2 serving Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
In a large soup pot add water and broth and plce on high heat to bring to a boil.
Cut celery, yellow squash into bite size pieces .
Add rice to boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes, then add all vegetables and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes. season and serve.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings about 2 cups each.
