Lyn's Stir Fry

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Ginger Root, 3 tsp Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 3 tbsp *Snow Peas, fresh, .75 cup Water chestnuts, .75 cup slices Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Directions
heat olive oil over medium high heat, add chicken, onion, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables and chestnuts. Continue to stir and cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Add cooked brown rice and Kikkoman traditional stir fry sauce, mix and stir to combine flavors and to ensure that it is heated well through. Enjoy.
