Turkey mushroom burgers

I 20 oz package Jennie O Ground turkey 93/7 8 oz sliced mushroom minced1 medium onion minced3 cloves garlic mincedpam canola oil spray 2 slices whole wheat bread ground into crumbs in blender1.5 t Dijon mustard 1 T Heinz Organic Ketchup 1T Worcestershire sauce1 large egg beaten
Spray large nonstick pan with canola oil spray
Saute mushrooms over medium heat until they give off a bit of liquid then add garlic and onion , continue cooking until onion is soft, set aside to cool.
Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and once vegetables have cooled, add to turkey mixture and stir just until veges are evenly distributed.
Divide into 6 patties and wrap each plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes just to firm up a bit .
Rinse pan and add more canola spray saute 3 minutes over medium high heat,, flip and continue to cook another 4 minutes or until cooked through .
Serving Size: makes 6 5 oz burgers
