Bread Cheese Stuffed pork tenderloin

Ingredients
24 oz pork tenderloin (uncooked weight)3 oz bread cheeseMcCormick Savory Seasoning mix
Directions
Cut the pork tenderloin into 4 pieces, and cut a slot in each to put the cheese in (not like a hamburger bun, more like a pita pocket). Slice the cheese into 1/8 inch pieces and stuff each pork pocket with about two pieces. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the pork on both sides, and place in a non-stick pan. Cook until pork is done (160 degrees inside)
