Grilled Potatoes, Asparagus and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 lbs of small potatoes (cut in half)1 lbs of Asparagus (cut into 1" pieces)1 cup of cherry tomatoes (diced in half)1Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar4 tsp of Parmesan Cheese5 Basil leaves (sliced)
Directions
Preheat the grill

In a foil pack or foil pan, add potatoes, olive oil,vinegar and onions. Give a good mix and lower heat on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Add tomatoes, asparagus and basil. Mix well. Cook for 10 more minutes.

When done add cheese.
