Chicken Thighs Breaded w/Fried Onions

Ingredients
French fried onionsChicken thighsZesty Italian Dressing
Directions
Put 1 cup french fried onions in a zip lock bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the onions, then pour into a small pie plate. Pour 1 cup of Italian dressing into another zip lock bag (or reuse the first one if you are so inclined) and put all 4 chicken thighs in the bag. Zip the bag closed and shake it until the chicken pieces are thoroughly coated. Take pieces out one at a time and dip each side in breading, making sure to coat evenly. Place each piece of chicken on a baking sheet (I use a stoneware baking sheet, but any is fine!) and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear when cut into.
