20 oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey Breast - 99/1 Extra Lean40 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans46 oz Tomato Juice2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes1 box Ancient Harvest Quinoa PastaChili Powder to tasteCelery or Celery Salt to Taste
Brown ground turkey. Add the tomato juice, tomatoes, and kidney beans (rinsed - should cut sodium a bit), chili powder, and celery salt. Simmer for 1/2 hour on low. While simmering, cook the quinoa pasta. Add to chili before serving.
