Directions
8 cup, diced Rhubarb 1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 16 fl oz Vodka 10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello) 1.50 cup Granulated Sugar 16 oz Jose Cuervo Light Margarita mix-C (by SCAMP470)
Boil water, rhubarb, sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla until rhubarb is cooked and mushy. Run through a seive to separate juice from pulb. Add 3oz of strawberry sugar free jello to hot juice mixture. After completely dissolved, add diced strawberries, vodka, and lemonade concentrate. Freeze for 24 hours or until partially frozen. Mix with a blender and freeze for another 24 hours. Makes 4-5 quarts with 1 cup servings of 16 - 20 servings. You can add 7-up to frozen slush when serving to make it sweeter.
Variations: Can add up to 3 cups sugar if you like it sweet. I don't recommend you go to 3.
To reduce calories you can use Splenda instead of sugar.
I like using the margirita concentrate versus lemonade concentrate, it is a better taste.
