Whole Wheat Egg-white crepes

1/2 c whole wheat flour2 egg whites1/2 c milkPinch salt1tbsp oil
Heat an 8" pan over medium heat. Whisk al ingredients together in a bowl. Pour 1/4 cup batter into oiled pan. Swirl the pan around to spread out the batter. Cook for a couple minutes over medium heat until edges of crepe look dry. Flip the crepe over and put a couple tbsp of thawed berries down the center. Let cook another minute, then roll it up and remove from pan.
