extra lean ground beef 1 1/2 LB.seasoned tomato paste 1 (6oz.)cankernel corn 16 oz.peas and carrots 16oz.green beans 16 oz.potatos 2 med. choppedOnion yellow 1/2 med. choppedoptional: sweet bell peppers (multi-color) 1/2 c.diced garlic diced 1 or powder 1T. chili seasoning 1T. Itailan seasoning 1T. olive oil 1T.
Brown beef in olive oil with onion,garlic, and opitional seasonings, add peppers last . Stir in paste with proper amount of water. Add frozen veggies and potatoes. Bring to a boil; then turn down to med. heat and cook for 30-45 mins. Stiring occasionally.
