Waldorf Coleslaw

Ingredients
Cole Slaw, Fresh Express-1 16 oz bag, 16 oz Hellmans Low Fat Mayo, 1/4 cupDaisy Light Sour Cream, 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar, 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/2 cup Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped Apples, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (about 1 medium apple)Salt, dash Pepper, black, dash
Directions
Put coleslaw mix into a bowl. In a separate bowl mix mayo, sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Pour dressing over coleslaw. Add apple, craisins, walnuts, salt and pepper. Toss and chill.
Serves 6 side dishes.
