1/2 cup stick margarine1/2 cup flour2 cups milk1 cup 2% shredded cheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Whisk in flour and let cook for 2 minutes (stirring constantly). Remove from heat. Add milk. Return to stove and bring to boil (stirring constantly). Boil until thickened. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese melts. Serve warm.
