Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) block Neufchatel cream cheese- 1 (15oz) can Hormel No Bean Chili- 1 cup Chunky Salsa- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby, Jack combo)
Directions
Use a large quiche dish! Spread the cream cheese evenly on the bottom of the dish. Spread the chili on top of the cream cheese layer. Spread the salsa on top of the chili layer. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the layer of salsa.

Put in the microwave for about 5 minutes on High. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and dip starts to bubble.

Serving Size: about 1/2 cup is a serving
