Stripped Sassy Southern Greens

Ingredients
1 tsp. Olive Oil1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes2 cloves garlic, chopped12 cups/ 2880ml chopped greens (such as collard, kale mustard and beet)2 Tbsp Golden Raisins (omit if following Stripped)1/4 tsp. sea salt1/8 tsp. black pepper1/4 cup low sodium vegetable broth, or water
Directions
Heat olive oil in a very large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add crushed pepper flakes and garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until garlic becomes fragrant. Add greens, raisins (omit if following stripped plan), salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Stir in broth and cook until greens are wilted and tender crisp about 5 minutes.
