Sarah's mushroom soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil1 tsp very lazy garlic200g mushrooms2 tbsp corn flour500ml semi skimmed milk
Directions
finely chop the mushrooms
add oil mushrooms and garlic to large pan
cook until softened
mix 50 ml of the milk with the corn flour and add to the pan
gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring all the time until thickened.

Serve (can be blended if you prefer a smoother soup)
