Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 FCream together: 2 1/4 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup oil3 eggs (one at a time)Sift together:2 3/4 cup flour (all purpose works fine)1/2 teaspoon salt2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 cup chocolate chips (or more) :)1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Add the sifted ingredients to the wet ingredients, add the chocolate chips and the vanilla. Pour batter into a greased 8 x 13" baking pan, bake for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in brownies (you can also use a toothpick, but I never have those so I end up using a knife).
