Peach Sauce

Ingredients
16 cups Peaches pitted, skinned and diced5 cups sugar1/3 cup lemon juice1/3 cup water
Directions
Add peaches, water and lemon juice to a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Add the sugar and bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Put in hot jars and can for 10 minutes. Cool and store.

Serving Size: Make 6 pint jars or 192 tbsps
