Thai chicken in curried rice (~1c rice + 1/2 breast)

Ingredients
1 Tbsp oil3 cloves garlic1 medium onion, chopped1 Tbsp curry powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks2 c rice2.5 c chicken brothcilantro to taste
Directions
Saute onion, garlic & spices in oil for a minute, add chicken chunks. Saute another 3 minutes, then remove chicken pieces. Add rice, saute 3 minutes.
Add to rice cooker: 1/2 the rice, the chicken, & the other 1/2 of the rice. Start cooking process.
