Bread Machine bread dough

Ingredients
1 1/3 c water1 egg2 T cooking oil1/2 c instant potato flakes (not buds)20-21 oz whole wheat graham flourOR replace one oz of flour with 1 oz of wheat gluten to prevent it from being too heavy after baking.1 t salt2.5 t yeast
Directions
When the dough is finished I don't knead it just cut the dough in the number of pieces needed. I bake this in 3 small glass bread pans and bake 21 or 22 minutes. Cut them in 10 slices each. If you use 2 bread pans add minutes to baking time. Oil the pans lightly first. Remove from pans to a cooling rack immediately following taking them from the oven. This recipe makes 24 cinnamon rolls. I bake these in a pan the size of a jelly roll pan with taller sides.
