atkins chicken wings

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup canola oil1 cup cider vinegar1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp celery salt2 pounds chicken wings
Directions
1. for marinade: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Beat egg in a medium bowl. Add oil and beat until combined. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and celery salt. Stir until well combined.
2. Cut chicken wings in half at joint. Remove wing tips and discard. DIp chicken pieces into marinade and arrrange on a large baking pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes, turning and burshing with marinade several ties, until wings are crisp. Remove from oven. Drain and arrandge on a warm platter.
