Garlic Flounder with Blueberries & Tender Greens

1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil1 clove garlic, chopped1 boneless skinless wild caught flounder fillet1/2 cup blueberries1 cup mixed spring greens1/4 tsp sea salt
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium for 1 minute. Add garlic and cook until garlic becomes translucent. Using a spatula, transfer garlic to a plate and set aside.
Add flounder to skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered on each side until fish flakes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add blueberries, greens, sea salt and reserved garlic to skillet. Cook stirring occasionally until greens begin to wilt.
Serve flounder on top of greens/blueberry mixture.
