Ingredients
Pork loin chop boneless thin cut, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, .5 egg. 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Beat up extra 2 eggs in a bowl(there will be left over), put bread crumbs on a plate, dip the pork in egg and then in the bread crumbs place in skillet with olive oil and cook over medium heat until center is cooked

    Sounds good but where are the measured amounts? The oil alone is almost half of the calories. I will make this one but I will measure the meat, report back and then give my raiting. - 8/9/12
