Pork loin chop boneless thin cut, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, .5 egg. 2 tbsp olive oil
Beat up extra 2 eggs in a bowl(there will be left over), put bread crumbs on a plate, dip the pork in egg and then in the bread crumbs place in skillet with olive oil and cook over medium heat until center is cooked
