Low Calorie Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 Cup Splenda Baking Blend1/8 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/8 Cup Margarine1 Egg White (or 3 TBSP egg substitute)1/2 tsp Vanilla extract1 Cup Flour1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 Dash Salt1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine sugars, applesauce, and margarine.
Add egg and Vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.

Add chocolate.

Chill dough in refrigerator for at least 30 mins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-11 minutes.
