1 large onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks2 teaspoons minced garlic1 (28-oz) can cut-up, peeled tomatoes, undrained1 (12-oz) can tomato paste2 (16-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained2 (16-oz) cans white beans (Great Northern), rinsed and drained1-1.5 T chili powder3/4 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. salt
Turn 6-qt. crock pot on high while preparing ingredients. In crock pot, mix all ingredients.
Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 5-6 hours.
