Donna's Crockpot Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
6 small green bell peppers1lb ground turkey1 medium yellow onion1 cup minute rice1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp sweet paprika1 Jar Bertoli Organic Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
Slice the tops off of the peppers and remove core and seeds. Mix turkey, onions, rice, garlic, and paprika in a bowl. Stuff each pepper with about 4oz of the mixture. Put in a crock pot and pour tomato sauce over. Add about a cup of water. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Makes 6 servincs
