Cuban Chimichurri

Ingredients
7 garlic cloves, peeled1 1/4 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves3/4 cup packed frsh parsley sprigs1/2 tsp ground pepper1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp soy sauce1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
1. Place garlic in a small food processor; cover and chop. Add the cilantro, parsley,and pepper; cover and process until finely chopped.
2. Add vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce . While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Serve with meat choice.
