Moong Dal w/ Snake Gourd

1 cup Moong Dal1 cup Snake Gourd, chopped1/2 cup onions, chopped1 tomato, chopped1 tsp turmericPinch of Hing1 tbsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp Mustard Seeds4-5 Curry leaves2 tbsp Cilantro2 tbsp fresh/ frozen coconut1 tbsp ginger garlic paste1 tbsp green chillies, rounded1 tbsp Red chilli powder1 tbsp Coriander powder
Pressure cook Moong dal with snake gourd, salt and turmeric in 3-4 cups of water. Turn off after 1 whistle.
Heat 4 tbsp oil and add hing, cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp green chillis (chopped)
When onions are transparent, added chopped tomatoes and cook until oil seperates.
Add red chilli powder & dhanya powder.
Add the paste to the cooked moong dal and bring to a boil.
Garnish with cilantro & shredded coconut
