Mexican Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 lb turkey Italian sausage 1 cup chopped onion12 oz penne2 packages of shredded Kraft Mexican 4 cheese 2% milk16 oz jar of green salsa
Directions
Remove casings from sausage and brown with onion. Drain fat and return to pan. Stir in green salsa. While sausage cooks, cook pasta according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Layer half of cooked pasta, half of sausage mix, and half of the cheese. Repeat layer once. Cook at 350 uncovered for 35 minutes until bubbly. Can be topped with peppers, tomatoes, or sour cream.
