2 Tbs peanut butter1/2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauceJuice of 1 lime1/2 - 1 tsp red chili flakes1/4 cup water
Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Micorwave for about 30 seconds and mix. Add more water if needed to obtain desired consistency. Enjoy with grill food.
