Simple & Quick Beef, Barley, Tomato & Mushroom Soup

8 oz. cubed raw beef (Chuck or round steak)8 cups Campbell's Low Sodium Beef Broth2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms1 cup raw barley1 19 oz. can of small cut tomatoes (any flavour)1 /4 cup & 2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worstershire2 bay leaves3 cloves garlic chopped
Place cut beef into pot and add, barley, chopped garlic, 2 bay leaves and heat to boiling. Simmer abou 1.5 hours at low temp or until barley is cooked and meat is tender. Add canned tomatoes in the last 15 minutes of simmering and remove bay leaves. Top soup with Lea & Perrins sauce, stir and serve.
