Parmesan crusted chicken breast

Ingredients
1 tbsp all purpose flour1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 tsp dried sage1/2 tsp lemon pepper2 4-oz boneless chicken breasts1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup white wine1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions
1. In a small bowl mix flour and parmesan.

2. Combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sage, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle spice mix on both sides of chicken breast pieces, then dip in flour mixture till well coated.

3. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat the pan. Add chicken pieces and brown on both sides, turning only once. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

4. Add white wine to pan; deglaze, scraping up any browned bits. Cook for 1 minute and then add chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and return chicken breasts to pan. simmer until liquid is reduced by one half. Cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve chicken with pan gravy.
