Ham & Egg Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients
2 Corn Tortillas (regular size, approx. 6" each)2 large Eggs, whisked1/2 cup diced Ham2 Tbsp fresh Salsa
Directions
Pan fry the diced ham in a small skillet for about 1 minute.

Add the salsa and the eggs and scramble all together until the eggs are thoroughly cooked, another 3 minutes or so.

Warm the tortillas, either heated on a griddle or nuke in the microwave for approx. 20 seconds.

Place the mixture in the two tortillas and enjoy!
