quick mix healthy (like bisquick)

Ingredients
4 1/4 cup whole wheat flour4 1/4 cup all purpose flour1 tbsp salt2 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk2 1/4 cups coconut oil (can substitute shortening or butter--if using butter, must keep refridgerated).
Directions
blend all together until resembles small crumbs. Keep in an airtight container and use as you would bisquick. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
