Ingredients
4 1/4 cup whole wheat flour4 1/4 cup all purpose flour4 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp salt2 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk2 1/4 cups coconut oil (can substitute shortening or if using butter keep refridgerated)
Directions
combine all dry ingredients then blend in coconut oil until mixture looks like crumbs. Keep in airtight container 10 to 12 weeks.
