Italian Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Rigatoni

1 Onion, Chopped1 Red Pepper, Chopped1 C frozen or fresh Corn kernels1 T Olive Oil12 oz. Rigatoni3 C fresh broccoli, choppedSliced Chicken Sausage, 4 links1/2 C. Light Italian Dressing
Cook rigatoni according to package directions in a large saucepan; add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
In a large skillet, saute onion, red pepper, and corn in olive oil until tender. Then add sausage and Italian dressing; cook over medium heat until heated through.
Drain pasta and broccoli; transfer to a large bowl.
Add sausage mixture; toss to combine.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
