Another Southwest Black Bean Soup

1 cup chopped sweet red pepper1 small onion, chopped1 Tbsp olive oil2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained14-1/2 oz low-sodium, low-fat chicken broth1 14-1/2 oz can undrained diced tomatoes4 oz chopped green chilies3/4 tsp ground cumin
-Saute the peppers and onions in olive oil until crisp-tender.
-Add beans, broth, tomatoes, chilies and cumin
-Bring to a boil.
-Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until thickened.
-Serve over brown rice with a dollop of ff yogurt on top
