Couscous and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup dry couscous3 tsp italian seasoning (or to taste)4 basil leaves, chopped or tornsalt and pepper to tasteParmesan for topping*I added about a tsp of sugar to mine, because my tomatoes were really acidic. It's not included in nutrition.
Directions
In a sauce pan add canned tomatoes, 1/2 can water and dry seasonings*. Bring to boil.

Add couscous and basil and cook as per directions on box of couscous.

Sprinkle with parmesan.

Serving Size: Make three 1/2 to 2/3 cup servings
