Ingredients
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice5 tablespoonds Mayo2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar3 tablespoons White Vinegar1 large Carrot, grated1/2 Capsicum, diced1/2 cup Cheese, grated3 cups Shredded Cabbage2 Cups Red Cabbage
Directions
In a large bowl combine Mayo, both vinegars and lemon juice.
Add more mayo or lemon juice for desired personal taste
Cut up both cabbages, Cheese, Carrot and Capsicum of desired colour..
Add cut up vegetables to sauce and mix together well.
Add more sauce to mixture for desired texture.

Serving Size: Serves 12 as a side dish
