Ingredients
beans, sliced - 1 cupdry red chillies - 2oil - 1tspmustard seeds - 1/4 tspsalt to tastecurry leaves - 1 spriggrated coonut - 1 tbsp(optional)
Directions
chop the beans.
cook the beans in a little water for 3 minutes; or microwave covered for 2 minutes.
heat oil and season with mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves.
add the cooked beans and salt to taste.
you may garnish this with a tablespoon of grated coconut.
