Thai Yellow curry chicken

Ingredients
I bottle Trader joe's curry sauce2 large costco chicken breasts (about 12 oz raw) cut into chunks1 medium potato (you could use more) cubedseveral small yellow or green summer squashes, cubedA little brown curry powder2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and saute the chicken, potato and zucchini until a little browned and mostly cooked. Add in the sauce and a little more curry powder, and sprinkle on the cornstarch (this is if you want it a little thick). Simmer as long as you want; if you cook it just til the chicken's done (like 5 mins) it'll be fine, but if you cook it longer the sauce will reduce down a bit.
