Homemade Onion & Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
1 pack (envelop) Onion Soup MIx Envelop, 40 grams1 cup water1 Tbsp Corn Starch,Mushrooms, 0.5 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
Directions
Take one envelop of Onion Soup Mix, add one cup of water and bring to a boil. Take the corn starch add a little water and smooth out any lumps, and wisk into the boiling soup. Once thickend turn heat to low, and add the fresh mushrooms and onion.

Serving Size: 4 servings (1/4 cup - depending on how thick)
