Ingredients
14 Large Shrimp, peeled and deveinedOrtega - Chipotle Taco Seasoning, 1 tbspOle Extreme Wellness Whole Wheat Tortillas, 2 tortillasTaco Bell Taco Sauce, Mild, 2 tbspGuacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 TbspDon Pablos Pico de Gallo, 2 servingSour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbspIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shreddedSalsa, .5 cup
Directions
Saute shrimp in a few tablespoons of water and season with the Taco seasoning, adding more water as necessary, until thoroughly cooked. Have tortillas open and ready to be filled. Divide the shrimp and the toppings listed in 2 and use each half to fill the tortillas, roll up into a burrito and EAT!
