Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large, beatenCanola Oil, 2 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 2, cut into small squaresBamboo shoots, cooked, 0.50 cup (1/2" slices) Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedWater chestnuts, 0.50 cup slicesBrown Rice, long grain, cooked, 2.50 cupKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbspSunbird Hot and Spicy Fried Rice seasoning mixwater, 1/4 cupChopped green onion
Directions
Saute the vegetables and chicken in a large non-stick wok or skillet in the oil until the chicken is cooked. Spread them to the sides of the wok or pan and add the egg; cook until done. Add the water, soy sauce and seasoning mix, stir, then add the rice and cook, stirring, until heated all the way through. Serve topped with chopped green onion.
