Tom yum soup with tofu

Ingredients
Tom yum soup paste (Valcom), 1 tsp Firm tofu, .5 cuoMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, sliced fine*Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields Fresh herbs for garnish
Directions
Heat 1 c water until boiling.
Add 1 tsp tom yum paste and stir. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for a while, then add tofu, finely chopped, and fish sauce
Simmer until tofu is hot.
Serve, adding fresh lime juice.
Garnish with coriander, chives or spring onions finely chopped.
