Marilyn's Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 c Quinoa2 c Water1 lg Red pepper-chopped1/2 c Green pepper-chopped1/2 c Green onion-sliced thin4 Stalks celery-chopped1/4 c Red onion-choppedDash saltDash pepperJuice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
Cook quinoa and cool
Chop all vegi's
Combine all together and add salt and pepper
Squeeze juice from 1/2 or more lemon to taste and mix well
