Bean and Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Directions
1 can of salmon1 packet of water packed tuna1 egg1/2ish of white beans blended with olive oilGarlicCayenne and Ginger to taste
1) First blend the white beans with the olive oil until smooth
2) Drain the salmon and tuna and toss into bowl
3) Mix everything together
4) Heat up a skillet with olive oil
5) Form 8 balls, slightly smaller than tennis ball size and sear/fry until brown - will be slightly soft
I served these with a couple slices of tomatoe and some mashed up avocado. It would also taste good with a dollop of plain greek yogurt. Yum!
