Caesar-style Steak Salad

6 oz boneless top sirloin steak1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/8 tsp Salt Sense1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped (about 8 cups)1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced1/4 cup Kraft 3-cheese Ranch dressing1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1. Heat a nonstick ridged grill pan or cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over steak. Place steak on pan and cook until an instant read thermometer registers 145 degrees for medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes.
2. Toss together remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Divide salad evenly between 2 plates. Cut steak into 10 slices and divide evenly between the salads.
Serving Size: Yields 3 cups salad and 5 slices steak per serving
