1 tsp Salt 1.50 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 1 large Onions, raw 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 cup Egg, Real Egg Whites - Costco/Kirkland 10 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 fl oz Half and Half Cream 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw 4 cup Spinach, fresh 8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 4 oz President Fat Free Crumbled Feta
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spritz your pans with olive oil.
Chop up all the veggies and throw in a big bowl. Mix it all up, dump into two greased casserole dishes, sprinkle the cheese on top, and put in the oven.
Check it at about 45 minutes. Jiggle it. If it holds it's shape, it's done, if it's still soupy in the middle, give it another 8 minutes or so.
Serving Size: Cut each casserole into eight equal pieces.
