100% Whole Wheat Bread - Homemade!

Ingredients
Directions
1 c. warm room temperature water1 Tbs. milk or plain, full fat yogurt1 tsp. salt2 Tbs. softened butter or coconut oil3 Tbs. honeya sprinkle of ground gingera pinch of citric acid (or lemon juice)4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) vital wheat gluten/gluten flour3 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. instant active dry SAF yeast
Add ingredients into your bread machine according to directions. (Usually liquid first, followed by dry ingredients.)
Put on dough cycle.
When dough cycle is finished, remove dough and shape into a loaf. Place in greased loaf pan. Let rise for about an hour. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes. Internal temperature should be 200*.
